Site Availability
We can accommodate RVs up to 50 feet long.
All sites are 22 feet wide, with level concrete pads and full hook-up, with options for 30 and 50 amps at each site.
Leases
We offer short-term and long-term lease pricing tiered based on site location and duration of stay.
Refunds
Cancellations received at least two weeks before your arrival date or four weeks before a holiday are eligible for a refund, subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Elm Hill Resort management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred for any cause to guests or visitors.
